Pro-Floors Plus installs residential flooring for homeowners in Bay County and the surrounding communities of Northwest Florida. Carpet, tile, wood, resilient flooring, and garage floor coatings all come from crews that specialize in residential installations.
Residential is a growing part of our business. We bring the same product knowledge and installation standards to your living room or kitchen that we bring to schools, offices, and government buildings. You get the same level of service as the commercial side, including showroom support and product selection.
If you are a contractor or property manager, our commercial flooring services are built for your project.
Whatever you choose, the same crew that measures your home also installs the floor.
From first contact to a finished floor, the steps look like this:
Contact us with your project, your budget, and the scope of the work, whether that is one room or a full home.
We schedule a visit to measure the space and note any transitions or obstacles.
Back at the office, we put together a proposal based on what we measured and what you selected.
Once you approve the proposal and provide a deposit, we order materials and schedule your installation.
You are welcome to browse our showroom. If you would rather sit down and talk through options, an appointment lets us give you our full attention.
A garage floor coating transforms bare concrete into a durable, attractive, and easy-to-clean surface. It helps protect against stains, spills, tire marks, and everyday wear while giving your garage a clean, finished look that enhances the overall appearance and value of your home.
Garage floor coating is the one coating system we offer on the residential side, since a coated floor cannot be spot-repaired if part of it needs attention.
Price: $10 to $12 per square foot, depending on size and complexity
Lifespan: at least 5 years, often longer with normal use
Refresh” a top-coat recoat is usually enough; no need to redo the base coat or broadcast new flake or Quartz.
What most people call epoxy is, in our case, a pigmented polyurea or polyaspartic base coat and a clear polyurethane or polyaspartic top coat. The industry has adopted epoxy as a catch-all term, but resinous coating is the more accurate description of what goes into a residential epoxy flooring system. The process breaks down into four steps:
Grind and prep the concrete
Apply a solid color polyurea, epoxy, or polyaspartic base coat.
Broadcast flake or Quartz into the base coat to rejection.
Seal with a clear polyurethane or polyaspartic top coat
Pro-Floors Plus stands behind residential installations with a one year labor warranty. Most installation issues surface within that first year, and we are here to address them if they do.
